Welcome to Everwood Escape. By booking a stay in our shepherd huts near Dungiven, you agree to follow these guidelines, designed to ensure a peaceful countryside experience for everyone.
Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, at our discretion.
Hot Tub & Safety: Our wood-burning hot tubs are for guest use only. Please use only the wood provided and ensure constant supervision when in use. For your safety and the preservation of our tranquil environment, we ask that you follow all posted safety signs and hut-specific rules provided upon arrival.
Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the huts or property during their stay. Everwood Escape is a retreat for calm and reconnection; we ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 11:00 PM to respect our neighbors and the natural surroundings.
